We need to get more people on the Marshall Protocol site. Take the information from the research scientists to your Doctor. Your Doctor does not have time to do this on his own. He is too tied up with Government and Insurance paperwork to do medical research. He may even say he is too busy to read about your chronic illness. It's up to you to get the proper information to him. If he won't listen to the research scientits, find another Doctor. It saved my life.

To get more exercise to help maintain my diabetics control. I do as much as I can, but time's tight these days. So, my goal is to squeeze in more hours of cycling, walking and other cardio-friendly movement.
